Our hotel, with 296 guest rooms, is located next to Fort Lauderdale beach, half a mile south of East Las Olas Boulevard. Our team of 20+ members reports to the Executive Chef.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience as a Cook in a fast-paced restaurant, with a passion for cooking and hospitality. Must be able to work the required shifts.

Shift Pattern: Full availability between 5:30 AM - 10:30 PM (Weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed)

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Cook, you will prepare food according to recipes and standards, ensuring outstanding service and profitability. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing food items as per recipes and quality standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and food sanitation standards
• Managing guest orders efficiently and courteously
• Knowing the menu and food products thoroughly
• Stocking and maintaining food stations
• Inspecting all food sent from the kitchen visually
• Following proper food handling and storage regulations
• Preparing requisitions for supplies and ingredients
