Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of work-related experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Physically able to move and lift items up to 50 pounds.
• Vaccination policies or valid exemptions as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items by following basic recipes and production guidelines.
• Operate kitchen equipment and utensils to prepare ingredients.
• Estimate food quantities, review menus, maintain production records, and requisition supplies.
• Accommodate special dietary requirements and prepare meals to order.
• Receive and manage inventory and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations.
• Attend training and maintain ServSafe certification within 90 days of hire.
