Conrad Indianapolis is seeking a Cook I to join the Culinary team. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career within a Fortune 500 company and a luxury brand.

As the city's first luxury hotel and the only Forbes recommended hotel in Indiana, this 23-story hotel features 241 rooms, 15,000 sq ft of banquet space, and three food and beverage outlets: The Capital Grille, Tastings - Wine Bar & Bistro, and in-room dining.

Shift: Various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare food according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Manage guest orders efficiently and courteously
  • Know the menu and food products thoroughly
  • Stock and maintain food stations
  • Inspect all outgoing food visually
