Responsibilities
  1. Consistently prepare hot or cold food selections to standards established by the Executive Chef.
  2. Ensure work area is kept clean and orderly.
  3. Assist in training new Buffet Cooks.
  4. Stand for a full shift.
  5. Maintain a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner with customers and team members.
  6. Perform any additional duties assigned by your Supervisor or management.
Minimum Requirements
  1. High school diploma or GED, or related experience/training.
  2. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
  3. Basic math skills.
  4. Ability to follow instructions and handle problems with concrete variables.
  5. Knowledge of kitchen tools and ability to read and execute recipes.
  6. Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical tasks.
  7. Must be 18 years or older.

Additional preferred qualifications include apprenticeship for certification and knowledge of kitchen safety and equipment.
