Responsibilities: Job Summary: Provide superior service to customers and prepare food as per menu specifications, ensuring aesthetic appeal and quality.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle interactions professionally.
  • Prepare food items including grilling, frying, broiling, and pantry work; ensure presentation and quality standards.
  • Recognize sauces and apply them correctly to dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station.
  • Assist team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen line.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
  • Follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately.
  • Move efficiently within the work area and manage supplies.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Work flexible hours and shifts as required.

Qualifications:

  • Basic food prep knowledge and line experience.
  • Ability to obtain necessary licenses/certifications per regulations.
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Cook Trainee or in a culinary program, or relevant culinary education.

Work Environment: Standing, walking, handling kitchen tools, and lifting up to 50 pounds are typical. Visual and sensory abilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, along with focus adjustment.
