Job Description

Join our kitchen brigade as a Culinary Artisan, showcasing your culinary talents whether in savory or sweet dishes. Your role is vital in creating an unforgettable dining experience and leaving a lasting impression on our patrons.

  • Perform all kitchen positions independently as needed, including pantry and banquet roles, and assist team members with mentorship, training, daily prep, and technique guidance.
  • Support the chef during specialty dinners and functions with minimal supervision.
  • Create daily features and special menus with the chef’s guidance, aligned with the cuisine theme.
  • Assist with food requisitions and ordering, adhering to budget guidelines.
  • Manage service in the chef’s absence.
  • Hourly Rate: $24.50

Qualifications

  • At least one year of Cook II level or previous Cook I experience.
  • Proficient in various cooking methods.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure consistency and high-quality presentation.
