Job summary

Boyd Gaming in Las Vegas, NM is seeking a capable cook to prepare meals using memorized recipes and coordinate pickup orders. The role requires maintaining a clean work station and storage areas at all times, and monitoring waste and inventory to ensure pars are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) months of experience as a cook.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Physical requirements include reaching, grasping, bending, kneeling and twisting.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses/certifications.
