Job Description:

• Follow standard recipes and preparation methods while maintaining a clean and orderly workplace, and clean the area after completing a task.
• Ensure that reach-in and walk-in refrigeration units, as well as all storage areas, are clean and organized.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Present food according to plating specifications, maintaining high-quality and productivity standards; ensure specified portions are used in all preparations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and greet guests in a friendly, positive manner.
• Conduct oneself in a manner that reflects credit on Harrah's and Horseshoe, encouraging others to do the same.

Qualifications:
