7th Street Burger Harlem is looking for Part-Time and Full-Time Cooks to join our fast-paced team in New York. You smash, flip, and grill burgers the city lines up for, keeping quality high and tickets moving even at peak volume.

If you take pride in your craft, bring kitchen experience in a high-volume setting, and can work nights, weekends, and holidays, we want you. A Food Handler certification is preferred (we’ll help you obtain it) and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
• Food Handler certification strongly preferred (we will help you get certified).
• Ability to work 8+ hour shifts on your feet.
• A team-first mindset and calm under pressure.
• Flexible availability for late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

• Work the grill, fryer, and prep stations.
• Get orders out fast without sacrificing quality.
• Maintain a clean station and follow Department of Health standards.
• Clean the kitchen daily and assist on deep cleaning days.
• Communicate with cashiers and teammates to keep orders accurate.
