Base pay range

$16.55/hr - $17.55/hr

Primary Job Duties
  1. Review scheduled formulas in the kitchen area for all Main Plant production lines.
  2. Distribute copies of the production schedule to the vegetable room team.
  3. Verify ingredients and quantities delivered from the warehouse to the vegetable room based on the daily picking list generated from the BC system.
  4. Ensure all required ingredients for formulas are available for pre-staging.
  5. Confirm ingredient lot numbers by comparing physical lot labels with system records. Immediately report discrepancies to the warehouse team for correction.
  6. Prepare pre-batches according to the recipe and production schedule, ensuring correct lots and ingredients are correctly distributed on physical batches/containers created in the system for traceability.
  7. Notify Quality Control (QC) to inspect batches before start-up and throughout the daily production process.
  8. Properly store unused food products in designated areas and maintain a clean work environment.
  9. Ensure all documentation is accurately completed and downtime is correctly reported.
  10. Verify that all necessary ingredients are available on-site before initiating the weighing process in the Vegetable Room.
  11. Report any non-compliant ingredients, bags, or pallets (e.g., damaged bags, expired lots). Prepare dump reports in case of spills, damages, etc.
  12. Assist in other areas as directed by the supervisor or manager.

  3. Strong communication and leadership skills.
  4. Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  5. Must adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures.

Previous experience as a production lead in a food manufacturing environment is preferred.
