  • Responsibilities include following instructions from the Cook Manager or Cook regarding heating, cooking, and pre-dishing food, setting up serving areas, and portioning, garnishing, and serving food items.
  • Assist in clean-up of kitchen and serving areas, adhering to safety and sanitation standards in handling, storing, and serving food.
  • Accurately perform record-keeping functions as requested.
  • Assist in food preparation and perform point-of-sale and cashier duties as part of kitchen rotation.
  • Perform other similar duties as assigned.
  • ServSafe Certification is desirable; computer experience is helpful.
  • Must be able to follow oral and written directions, possess basic math skills, and enjoy working with students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective interaction with coworkers, supervisors, and the public.
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 40 pounds, as assessed through a pre-placement physical at Concentra.

  • Work Schedule:
    4-6 hours per day, with applicant’s choice in half-hour increments. Building assignment may change based on staffing needs.
    Wages and Benefits:
