Job summary

The Windsor Court is seeking a skilled Cook to join our culinary team in New Orleans. You will prepare all food items based on standardized recipes for F&B outlets, Banquets/Catering in meeting rooms, and the Employee cafeteria, ensuring high standards and visual appeal.

The ideal candidate has a passion for cooking, attention to detail, and can work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining cleanliness and safety. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience of 12 months as Cook or similar role.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ability to follow standardized recipes and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
