Taher, Inc. is seeking a Cook to join our kitchen team. You will follow standardized recipes, write menus, and ensure meals meet quality standards while managing perishable inventory per HACCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Following standardized recipes and writing menus
• Ensuring all meals meet quality standards, are correctly prepared and within acceptable time limits
• Managing ordering, receiving, storing and inventory control of all perishable products following specific procedures and HACCP standards
• Controlling waste
• Using time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Performs additional related duties as assigned by leadership
