Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking — 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes and enforce the cooking method.
• Ensure food quality and maintain the quantity throughout service.
• Maintain proper line presentation and ensure food is served at correct temperatures.
• Communicate with line servers about food items daily.
• Complete daily production sheets.
