Job summary

My Hope for Tomorrow is seeking a dedicated cook for a full-time, residential care setting. The Cook will prepare meals per menu, follow recipes, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven cooking ability with menu adherence
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation

• Ability to multitask in a kitchen environment

Responsibilities

• Monitor temperatures of hot and cold foods and document results
• Complete logs for temperature, sanitizer, and waste
• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner per menu and dietary needs
• Maintain sanitary storage, prep, and serving areas
• Wash dishes and stock serving areas as needed
• Perform deep cleaning of kitchen areas and equipment
• Support health and safety and professional boundaries with clients
• Assist with related tasks as assigned
