• Standing and/or walking for 100% of shift
• Occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs
• Ability to follow Parkhurst recipes and production sheets
• Maintain quality and presentation during service

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes and batch cooking methods
• Ensure the quality and quantity of food throughout the service period
• Maintain proper line presentation and use of pans, garnishes and utensils
• Communicate with line servers about food items daily
• Complete daily production sheets
