Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station, ensuring high-quality food service in accordance with standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Takes orders, prepares items requiring short prep, completes orders from steam tables, and serves customers.
2. Serves customers efficiently and friendly, ensuring food quality and temperature.
3. Uses ticket procedures, maintains records during service.
4. Uses recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
5. Transfers food safely between workstations and storage.
6. Stores foods following safety and rotation procedures.
7. Maintains sanitation of work areas and equipment.
8. Resolves customer concerns and reports issues.
9. Attends safety and in-service meetings.
10. Maintains good relationships with coworkers and customers.
11. Performs job safely and maintains a clean environment.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
