A leading health system is seeking a Cook for their facility in Sioux Falls, SD. The Cook will be responsible for food production, quality standards, and sanitation. This role requires working nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring food safety and managing inventory effectively.

The Cook is responsible for maintaining standards in food production and quality, practicing excellent operational sanitation, preparing items according to recipes, and ensuring food safety. Responsibilities include expediting orders, maintaining sanitation, executing banquet functions, managing inventory, and adhering to HACCP guidelines. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Associate's Culinary Degree and 2 years of culinary experience and/or training, or equivalent. Serv Safe certification may be required depending on location.
