We are hiring immediately for a full-time COOK position at Flik Hospitality Group.

Location: Sanofi - Cambridge MA - 450 Water Street, Cambridge, MA 02141 Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties:

• Prepare high-quality food following standardized recipes and instructions.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, follow safe food-handling procedures.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Report maintenance issues immediately.
• Attend safety meetings and maintain good working relationships.
• Follow HACCP standards and safety policies.
