Job Summary

Prepare food according to federal, state, and company standards, ensuring quality and safety at all times.

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare high-quality food following standardized recipes and instructions.
  2. Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
  3. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, following food safety procedures.
  4. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly.
  5. Assist in production planning, record keeping, and inventory management.
  6. Report maintenance issues and safety concerns immediately.
  7. Attend safety and in-service meetings.
  8. Maintain good working relationships with team members and customers.
  9. Follow HACCP standards and safety policies, including proper use of protective gear.
