Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality food items based on recipes and instructions to meet schedules.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portions, temperatures, and presentation. Taste all food items.
• Use proper ticketing procedures during service and maintain records.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and storage areas, following safe food handling procedures.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assist in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Report maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain positive working relationships with team members and customers.
• Follow HACCP standards, proper presentation, and portion control.
• Adhere to safety policies, including the use of gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
