• Schedule: Full time and part time schedules. Days may vary between 4:00 am - 7:00 pm. 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. More details upon interview.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares high-quality food items per standardized recipes to meet production and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Uses established procedures during service and maintains records.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen areas and proper storage of food and supplies.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
• Assists in planning, record keeping, ordering, and receiving of supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues immediately.
• Attends safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintains good working relationships and performs duties safely.
• Follows HACCP standards and proper safety procedures, including the use of protective gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
