• We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time COOK positions.
• Location: Michelin North America Headquarters - 1 Parkway South, Greenville, SC 29615. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedules; Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior kitchen experience is required.
• Pay Range: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality food service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes and instructions to meet schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation. Tastes all prepared food items.
• Uses established ticket collection procedures during service and maintains records.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintains cleanliness standards, and stores or discards excess food properly.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and ensures proper storage.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
• Assists in production planning, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
• Attends safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintains good relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Performs job safely, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and temperature maintenance following HACCP standards.
• Adheres to all safety policies, including proper glove and equipment use.
