We are hiring immediately for full time and part time COOK positions.

Location: Union R-XI School District - 21 Progress Parkway, Union, MO 63084. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time and part time; weekdays, hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirement: No prior experience required.

Pay Rate: $13.75 per hour.

Job Summary: Prepares food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

1. Prepares high-quality food items per recipes to meet schedules.
2. Serves meals using correct portioning, ensuring proper temperature, attractiveness, and taste. Tastes all prepared food.
3. Uses ticket collection procedures during service; maintains records.
4. Cleans kitchen after preparation, maintains cleanliness standards, and stores or discards excess food safely.
5. Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized.
6. Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
7. Assists in planning, record keeping, ordering, and receiving of supplies.
8. Reports maintenance issues immediately.
9. Attends safety and in-service meetings.
10. Maintains good relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
11. Performs job safely, adhering to safety standards including HACCP.
12. Follows all company policies, including safe handling and use of equipment and proper lifting techniques.
