Unidine is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time COOK positions.

• Location: Bethesda Village North - 11160 Village North Drive, Saint Louis, MO 63136. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time schedules. Days and hours may vary between 5:00 am and 7:00 pm; more details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous line cook experience is required.
• Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to standards, ensuring quality and safety at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares high-quality food following standardized recipes to meet schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Uses established procedures during service and maintains records.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, adhering to food safety standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment properly.
• Assists with production planning, ordering, and reporting.
• Reports maintenance issues promptly.
• Participates in safety and training meetings.
• Fosters good working relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Follows safety protocols including HACCP standards and proper use of protective equipment.
