Job Summary

Essential Duties
  1. Prepare high-quality food items using standardized recipes.
  2. Serve meals, ensuring proper portioning and temperature.
  3. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
  4. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
  5. Assist with inventory, ordering, and record-keeping.
  6. Follow safety protocols including HACCP standards.
  7. Participate in safety and training meetings.
