We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time COOK positions.

Requirement: Prior commercial cooking experience is required.

Pay Range: $15.50 per hour to $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food per federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes and instructions.
2. Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation. Tastes all food.
3. Uses ticket collection procedures during service. Maintains records from work area during service.
4. Cleans kitchen after preparation and service, maintaining cleanliness. Stores or discards excess food properly.
5. Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized. Ensures proper storage of food and supplies.
6. Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
7. Assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting.
8. Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies.
9. Reports maintenance issues, faulty equipment, or accidents immediately.
10. Attends in-service and safety meetings.
11. Maintains good relationships with coworkers, customers, and management.
12. Performs job safely, maintaining a clean, safe environment.
13. Performs other duties as assigned.
14. Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
15. Commits to personal and others' safety.
16. Follows all company policies, including safety procedures and proper equipment handling.
