  • Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm. More details upon interview.
  • Requirement: Two years of line cook experience required. Experience in corporate dining preferred.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare high-quality food items per recipes and instructions.
  • Serve meals ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation. Taste all foods.
  • Follow ticketing procedures during service and maintain records.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, following safe food handling.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
  • Assist in planning, record keeping, ordering, and reporting.
  • Report maintenance issues immediately.
  • Attend safety meetings.
  • Maintain good relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Follow safety standards and company policies, including proper use of gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
