• Schedule: Full-time, with days and hours varying. Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. More details provided during interview.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food according to standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality food per standardized recipes to meet schedules.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation. Taste all food items.
• Use established procedures during service and maintain records.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, following food safety standards.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist with production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Report maintenance issues immediately.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies, including proper use of protective gear.
