Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares high-quality food items per recipes and instructions.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring proper portioning and temperature.
• Uses ticket collection procedures; maintains records during service.
• Cleans kitchen after use, maintains cleanliness standards.
• Stores food and supplies properly.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
• Assists in planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues immediately.
• Attends safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintains good relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Follows safety standards, including HACCP standards.
