Essential Duties:

• Prepare high-quality food following recipes and instructions.
• Serve meals using correct portioning, maintaining temperature and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist with planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Report maintenance issues immediately.
• Attend safety meetings and maintain good relationships with staff and customers.
• Follow all safety policies, including proper use of gloves, oven mitts, and slip-resistant shoes.
