• Schedule: Full time. Days and hours may vary. Must be able to work every other weekend. More details upon interview.

Job Summary

Overview: Prepare food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality and safety at all times.

• Prepare high-quality food items following standardized recipes and schedules.
• Serve meals using correct portioning, ensuring proper temperature, appearance, and taste. Taste all prepared food.
• Follow ticket collection procedures and maintain accurate records during service.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, adhering to food safety standards.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly.
• Assist in production planning, ordering, and record keeping.
• Report maintenance issues and accidents immediately.
• Participate in safety and in-service meetings.
• Work collaboratively with team members and adhere to safety policies, including proper use of protective gear and safe lifting techniques.
