Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team in Massachusetts. You will prepare nutritious, high-quality meals in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and Benchmark policies, with oversight by the Food Services Director.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and culinary training preferred, with at least 2 years of dietary experience. This role supports resident satisfaction and requires standing for long periods.

We are looking for a Cook to join our team! As a Benchmark cook, your main role will be to make a difference in the lives of our residents by providing delicious and healthy meals. As a cook you will prepare food in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations with established Benchmark policies and procedures. The Food Services Director will oversee these duties to ensure that quality food service is provided at all times.
