Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality food items following standardized recipes to meet schedules.
• Serve meals with correct portioning, proper temperature, and attractive presentation. Taste all food items.
• Use established ticket procedures during service and maintain records.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas, following safe handling procedures.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in production planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and clients.
• Follow HACCP standards for presentation and temperature control.
• Adhere to safety policies, including proper glove and glove use, slip-resistant shoes, and lifting techniques.
