Job Summary

Prepares food according to standards, ensuring quality and safety at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food items per recipes and standards.
• Serve meals, ensure proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in inventory, ordering, and record keeping.
• Report maintenance issues immediately.
• Attend safety meetings and maintain good working relationships.
• Follow HACCP standards and safety policies.
