We are hiring immediately for a full-time COOK position.

Location: BOA Hopewell Cafe - 1350 Merrill Lynch Drive, Pennington, NJ 08534. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior culinary experience is preferred.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes to meet schedules.
  • Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation. Tastes all food items.
  • Uses established ticket procedures during service. Maintains records from your area.
  • Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and stores excess food safely.
  • Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized.
  • Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
  • Assists in planning, record keeping, ordering, and reporting.
  • Reports maintenance issues immediately.
  • Attends safety and in-service meetings.
  • Maintains good relationships with coworkers and customers.
  • Follows HACCP standards for presentation, portion control, and temperatures.
  • Uses proper safety equipment and techniques, including gloves, oven mitts, and slip-resistant shoes.
