Job Summary

Essential Duties:

• Prepare high-quality food items following recipes and schedules.
• Serve meals, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Use ticket procedures, maintain cleanliness, and store excess food safely.
• Operate kitchen equipment, assist in planning, ordering, and reporting.
• Report maintenance issues and attend safety meetings.
• Maintain good relationships and perform job safely.
• Follow HACCP standards and company policies, including safety protocols with gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and proper lifting techniques.
