Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to standards, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties:

• Prepares high-quality food items following recipes and schedules.
• Serves meals, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Uses ticket procedures, maintains cleanliness, stores excess food safely.
• Maintains refrigerators and storerooms, operates kitchen equipment.
• Assists in planning, ordering, and reporting.
• Reports maintenance issues, attends safety meetings.
• Maintains safety and quality standards, follows HACCP.
