We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time COOK positions.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepares food according to federal, state, and corporate standards with established policies and procedures. Ensures quality food service at all times. Essential Duties include:

1. Preparing high-quality food items according to recipes to meet schedules.
2. Serving meals or preparing for delivery, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
3. Using ticket collection procedures and maintaining records during service.
4. Cleaning kitchen after preparation, maintaining cleanliness standards.
5. Storing food and supplies properly.
6. Operating and maintaining kitchen equipment.
7. Assisting in production planning, record keeping, and reporting.
8. Assisting in ordering and receiving supplies.
9. Reporting maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
10. Attending safety meetings.
11. Maintaining good relationships with coworkers and customers.
12. Performing job safely and maintaining a safe environment.
13. Performing other duties as assigned.
14. Ensuring proper presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures, following HACCP standards.
15. Prioritizing safety for yourself and others.
16. Following all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols when handling equipment and hot items.
