We are hiring immediately for a full-time COOK position.

Location: Arhaus Furniture - 51 East Hines Hill Road, Hudson, OH 44236. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. More details provided upon interview.

Requirements: Previous kitchen and prep experience preferred but not required.

Pay Range: $17.50 to $18.50 per hour

Summary: Prepares food according to standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepares high-quality food items according to recipes and instructions.
2. Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
3. Uses established ticket collection procedures; maintains records during service.
4. Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and stores excess food safely.
5. Ensures proper storage of food and supplies.
6. Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
7. Assists in planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
8. Reports maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
9. Attends safety and in-service meetings.
10. Maintains good relationships with coworkers and customers.
11. Performs job safely, maintaining a clean environment.
12. Follows HACCP standards for presentation, portion control, and temperatures.
13. Follows all safety policies, including proper glove and footwear use, and lifting techniques.
