Job Summary:

Prepares food according to standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties:

• Prepares high-quality food items per recipes and instructions.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation. Tastes all food.
• Uses ticket collection procedures during service and maintains records.
• Cleans kitchen after use, maintains cleanliness standards, and stores or discards excess food properly.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment.
• Assists in planning, record keeping, ordering, and receiving supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
• Attends safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintains good relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Performs job safely and maintains a clean environment.
• Follows HACCP standards for presentation, portion control, and temperatures.
• Adheres to all company policies, including safety protocols like glove and footwear use.
