Position: Cook

Position Summary

Prepares and serves food using proper food handling and food safety techniques for patients, employees, and special events. Ensures foods taste good, are served at the proper temperature, and are presented attractively, in accordance with established standards. Maintains a clean and safe working environment.

Pay: Rate of pay is based on experience and qualifications.

Minimum Qualifications

• Six months’ experience in quantity food preparation.
• Food Handlers Certificate (if required by local regulations).

Desired Qualification

• Experience with therapeutic diet preparation preferred.
