+ Location: Ballad Health Bristol Regional Medical Center - 1 Medical Park Boulevard, Bristol, TN 37620. Note: online applications accepted only.

+ Schedule: Full-time; Days may vary, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm. Rotating weekends and holidays. More details upon interview.

Job Summary

Prepares food according to standards, ensuring quality and safety at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare food items per recipes and schedule requirements.
2. Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring proper portioning, temperature, and presentation.
3. Use ticket procedures during service; maintain records.
4. Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of food and supplies.
5. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
6. Assist in planning, record-keeping, and ordering.
7. Report maintenance issues immediately.
8. Attend safety and in-service meetings.
9. Maintain good relationships with team members and customers.
10. Follow safety protocols, including HACCP standards.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Adhere to all safety policies, including proper use of gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and safe lifting techniques.
