Job summary

Son of a Butcher Grapevine is seeking a friendly Kitchen Crew member to join our team in Grapevine, TX. Bring energy, a positive attitude, and a focus on quality as you help deliver our signature Waygu beef dishes, house sauces, and indulgent shakes to guests.

We value attention to detail, speed, teamwork, and proper sanitation. Must have at least 1 year of line cook experience, be able to lift up to 50 lbs and read/write basic English. Great fit for a fast-paced, fun environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year line cook experience; experience in an Italian restaurant a plus.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write and speak some English.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs; use a knife and kitchen equipment.
• Must follow proper sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized workspace in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Read and follow recipes and prep lists accurately.
• Assist line cooks and chefs to ensure timely meal service.
• Practice proper sanitation and food safety throughout shift.
