Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a kitchen team member to prepare meals per daily planner and standard recipes, work the line during meals, and uphold safety and sanitation standards. You will respond promptly to resident needs and maintain a positive, professional demeanor with residents and staff.

The role offers an hourly rate of $20.00 and a comprehensive benefits plan including health, dental, vision, retirement, disability, and PTO, with DailyPay eligibility for earned wages.

Qualifications

• Experience in production cooking and/or preparing therapeutic diets is preferred.
• Clear English communication is required.
• Willingness to obtain food handling and sanitation licenses.
• Basic computer skills; Excel and Word proficiency required.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor with residents and coworkers.
