Texas Spine and Joint Hospital is seeking a skilled Cook. We are looking for a responsible, dedicated person who can cook great food in a timely manner. You will be cooking for our patients, visitors, and staff via our Café and patient care. Attention to detail is essential for accurately and efficiently preparing, portioning, grilling, and presenting a variety of hot and cold food items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of cooking experience or in a similar culinary role, preferably in a healthcare or institutional setting.
• Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, sautéing, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
• Must be able to rotate weekend shifts.
