A Cook is responsible for preparing food following appropriate menus and recipes in accordance with accepted dietary practices, as directed by the department director or supervisor. The role involves ensuring each resident receives a high-quality dining experience, emphasizing resident-centered care and creating a homelike environment.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and/or TRAINING:

  • High school diploma or equivalent desired.
