Job summary

Hillcrest Health & Living is seeking a Cook for Hillcrest Millard in Omaha, NE. This full-time position features a split shift: 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m., including weekends. Starting pay is $17.00+ per hour, depending on experience.

Join our culinary team to prepare nutritious meals, follow menus and production sheets, and maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen while upholding food safety standards in a post-acute care setting.

• Support meal service in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
• Assist with putting away grocery deliveries using proper dating and FIFO practices.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment as needed.
• Support the culinary team with additional kitchen duties as assigned.
