Trilogy Health Services, LLC is hiring a Cook at The Willows at Okemos to prepare and serve high-quality meals that support residents' health and well-being. You will follow recipes, dietary guidelines, and safety standards to create a positive dining experience.

The role includes assisting with inventory, stocking supplies, supervising dietary staff when needed, setting up meal service stations, and maintaining a clean kitchen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh scratch-made meals according to menus and dietary guidelines.
• Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Properly store food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Supervise and support Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and other meal service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and complete kitchen cleaning tasks.
• Prepare and stock snacks and standard pantry items for resident areas.
• Utilize technology and computerized systems to create a great dining experience for residents and families.
