Rite of Passage is hiring a Cook for Western Secure Treatment Unit in Emlenton, PA. The role focuses on preparing healthy meals and maintaining a clean, organized dining area while adhering to applicable meal program requirements.

You will join a mission-driven program serving youth and will work a schedule of 5 days on, 2 days off. Starting pay is $17/hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, TB test.
• Able to pass review of child abuse central registry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare healthy and tasty meals in accordance with program requirements.
• Handle prepping and cooking tasks and maintain the dining/preparation area in a sanitary state.
